Looking for a portable/mobile printer to use with my hp laptop. What should I get? Please help. Thanks? I have an HP Pavilion Entertainment laptop. Set up with wireless modem. I am in the market for a new HP inkjet printer - which one to buy? I am looking for a more compact portable printer. I am interested in "wireless" but do not want to pay the price tag of approx $300.00. Printer experts out there - what do you recommend??
Why will HP photo printer not print pics off of certain devices? I have an HP photo printer (the little portable ones) and the instruction booklet says you can print pics off of an iPod that stores photos. I have a vid. iPod that has pics on it, and is fully charged and should plug right into the printer. But when I plug it in, it goes to the "do not disconnect" screen and flashes. I've tried restarting it and made sure it's charged, but it continues to show that. I've let it sit for hours, and nothing changes. What do I do?
Can an HP Printer/Scanner work with other laptops? I bought an HP Printer/Scanner when I bought my HP laptop but I'm trading my HP to my dad and getting a more portable, cheaper laptop for college so I was wondering if that printer/scanner can work with my laptop? I'm almost positive that it can but I just wanted to make sure since I don't want to buy a new printer when I have a perfectly good one right now.
What is the best (value for money) portable, digital photo printer? I've been looking at brands such as HP, Epison, and Cannon so far. However, these sorts of printers seem to be discontinued from sellers very frequently. I'm afraid that by the time I need more ink, I'll end up going to a shop only to find that they do not sell the specific ink cartiridge required because the printer might be discontinued. I'd be grateful for any advice. (Please note: I will need brands and models available now in the U.K.)
HELP....I am having problems with my portable printer?!? I have a portable printer that prints pics from an SD card. I saved the photos I wanted onto the SD card but when I put the card into my printer they don't show up anywhere. The SD card reader is on my laptop. I'm able to save the pics off my computer to the card but they won't show up on the printer or when I put the card back into the camera the pics that weren't taken with the camera won't show up (it says card error on those specific pics) The printer has a SD card slot and the pics on the card that were taken with the camera show up fine it is only the pics that I got through an e-mail that I saved to the SD card that won't show up. The printer is a HP Photosmart 375. What is wrong or what else can I do? coryshawn...My boyfriend isn't the lucky one I am....

Driver for HP Photosmart 130 printer to work on Vista? I had my little portable photo printer working on Vista before but I can't seem to find the compatible driver. The original software (since this printer's several years old) only works on XP or earlier systems. I had an alternate driver installed on my Vista notebook before - and it worked a year ago. But recently I had to reinstall Windows on my notebook, and hence only had to reinstall every program I had on there as well. Now I can't find a driver to get this printer to work. Windows website simply says it's not compatible with Vista. HP's website says to install the driver for the HP Photosmart 330 - system still doesn't recognize the printer. Does anyone have this printer and use it on Vista? I need to get this working tonight as I'm running a photo booth for the animal shelter early tomorrow and need to be able to print photos. I could lug my MUCH larger injket printer along instead but would rather be able to use this printer. For space on the table reasons and because I just bought more ink for it. Anyone? Sean - as I stated - already tried that - doesn't work. I was able to have someone with HP support walk me through this. Ends up the 330 driver DOES work I just had the printer set with the wrong port!

Unable to Install HP Photosmart 375 with VISTA? We're trying to install our brand new HP Photosmart 375 portable printer onto our HP Laptop that is Vista based. Unable to use the installation CD as it's for 2000,XP only. HP website states that Vista should pick up the printer and install it automatically http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?docname=c00808543&lc=en&dlc=en&cc=us&product=397773&os=2093&lang=en (for USB connected printers which ours is) - then I find HP website shows no available drivers. Can someone guide us as to whether or not we can use the 375 with Vista? Many thanks in advance I should stress that I followed the instructions on this page http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?docname=c00808543&lc=en&dlc=en&cc=us&product=397773&os=2093&lang=en and the printer isn't responding. Nothing appears on the laptop to say it's installed. I've manually added the new printer via "printers" in control panel, still nothing

Does anyone know where I can get a battery for my HP 335? I have one of the HP Photosmart 335 printers. But I haven’t got the optional battery to make it portable. They don’t tell you that it does not come with the battery and you have to buy the battery as an optional extra. But the battery is very difficult to find and Expensive. I need one cheap cause the printer is pretty useless without it!
I've found an older printer, and I'm wondering if someone could help me please? I'm at work and my boss wants me to determine if it's worth saving an old printer we found. It's an HP Portable Deskjet, model number C2614A, serial number 3236J07527. We're wondering if it's possible to buy cartridges for it anymore to make it usable. If no one can help, could someone direct me to a website that could? Thanks so much. Thank you so much!

Yes, the only drivers I could find (on HP's Site) were for XP. I need it to work on Vista. the other computer it works with is running vista so i know it is possible. Which printer is good for photo printing? I am looking for a printer that does very good quality photo printing. I am not interested in the portable ones because you are limited in size you can print like postcard or 4x6. I want a full printer sized one that is also a multifunction printer. I saw some Epson's and HP's and Canon's. Obviously you can use any color printer to print photos, but I want a printer that is also made to print photos. Someone said something about an Epson one time. I think the model number was something like 4500 or 9500. Can you also mention the model?

What is the best home printer? I'd like to print pictures of grandkids (up to 8x10 would be nice but not required). I don't care brand, I use a Canon digital camera. I would like good quality and cheapest cost. It would be used at home, not portable. The family would probably use it too. There is so much to choose from - HP, Canon, Epson, etc. and I don't have any idea which to go with. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

What's wrong with my HP Laptop? I have an HP dv6000 laptop and I am having trouble charging it. For some odd reason, the ONLY way it'll charge is if i have the charger plugged in AND a USB connected to a powered on PRINTER. I got a new charger half a year ago, and it did charge my computer without the weird USB combination, but after 2 months the new charger didn't work at all. So now I'm back to my old charger and USB combination to charge, except that every now and then it stops charging, and I have to jiggle the chords around to get it to keep charging! What's wrong with my computer?? Is it the charging "area" part of the laptop damaged? Would a dead battery also cause this? [Battery life was 45 min when I first bought it new and now it's about ...5 minutes.] I'd really like to fix this ASAP and I know taking it to Best Buy or wherever will take FOREVER and a lot of money. I'm a college student, so I sort of NEED my computer always, and it'd be nice if I could take this laptop with me to classes, since that's the whole point of a PORTABLE computer...

Which is the best netbook on the market as of today? I am planning on buying the HP mini, the one that verizon sells, but I will be getting it from best buy or Sam's. Now the thing is it only has two USB ports and I am wondering if I got the hub (the circular thing at best buy with USB ports surrounding it) would it be to much for the netbook. I am also thinking about hooking up a portable hard drive to it to strengthen the netbook. Can you get more memory installed? Also I will be hooking up a dvd rom thing to it, but my question is if I hook that up can I install my HP Photosmart printer disc onto the netbook with the dvd player thing? Can I download Norton 360 as well? On top of that I want to download windows vista home premium onto the netbook can I do that? Will all of this hurt the netbook or run all the memory out very quick because these are some serious things I want done before I will be happy... Thanks for you answers and please answer "all" my questions THANKS =)

What should I do!!??? Laptop or Ipod? Hi, I need help deciding whether I want an Ipod touch or a new laptop. I had an ipod nano but it was stolen the day I got it...:((((.... Yeah, so I was hoping for a netbook...but I had a few questions about it: 1. Does it have USB ports for a wireless broadband device (usb) and printer? 2. Can Windows be its operating system? 3. If so, can it have Windows Media Player and Microsoft Office? 4. Can they be easily carried? For example, in my bag or purse? If I want an Ipod Touch, I would like to know... 1. How does wi-fi work? I only have an internet USB...can that work? No, my neighbours do not have wireless routers... 2. Obviously, it must be easily portable, but is it damaged easily? For example if it drops off my bed? So, should I get a netbook or a regular HP laptop? is there any color option or skin for these laptops? What version is easily manageable by a teen like me...and by teen I mean thirteen year old girl... I have an HP laptop, which I'm using but my dad gave me an extremely difficult option....please help... Thank You!

What should I get for a Laptop for college (non gaming)? Okay, here's what I need: Good with photoshop Good wireless Good speed Good display (for graphics stuff with photoshop of course) Durable Normal sized screen (I think around 15.4 inches diagnally would be pretty good, and i think it's pretty normal) Somewhat portable (i'll be using it at college, so I'll be taking it around a lot) Able to run Vista well ___ So, yeah....I just want a really good computer for the money I spend, so I'll be buying it on clearance and getting a free printer or something. Can someone look on this page and tell me what is the best deal for a computer that fits with what I want? Keep in mind what I'm looking for. Remember that I don't care about gaming. I will play only freecell and spider solitare on that computer! Nothing else! __ Here are some specific questions: What is the best kind of computer (dell, HP, etc.)? What is the best processor (AMD, intel, etc)? Does processor speed really matter (1.ghz and 1.8 ghz much different)? What is a good (or average) processor speed? I heard that it should be at least 2.0ghz, but does that mean for those duo processors as well? Is there anything I should look for in a computer that I did not mention? Sorry, the "this page" I referenced is this: http://www.circuitcity.com/ssm/Laptop-computers/sem/rpsm/c/1/catOid/-12963/N/20012961+20012963+90000623/link/ref/rpem/ccd/categorylist.do it's the outlet laptops at circuitcity.
