What is the best portable printer for printing pictures? I bought and epson all in one. It is horrible. The pictures have lines all over them. It is great for documents. I would like to have a portable printer that prints clear pictures.

What Portable Printer do you use for event photography? I'm getting in to event photography. I'm also doing pet photography. So far the pet photography people trust me to pay me and then get the photos later. However, I want to change this style a bit. I want people to get their photos at the time of the session. Even if it's only a 4x6 until they get the enlargements in the mail, etc. If you conduct event photography and print on site, what do you use and how did you choose what you have? Good combination of PDA and portable printer? I need to print select one of five standard texts, with a unique ID-number and a price. HELP....I am having problems with my portable printer?!? I have a portable printer that prints pics from an SD card. I saved the photos I wanted onto the SD card but when I put the card into my printer they don't show up anywhere. The SD card reader is on my laptop. I'm able to save the pics off my computer to the card but they won't show up on the printer or when I put the card back into the camera the pics that weren't taken with the camera won't show up (it says card error on those specific pics) The printer has a SD card slot and the pics on the card that were taken with the camera show up fine it is only the pics that I got through an e-mail that I saved to the SD card that won't show up. The printer is a HP Photosmart 375. What is wrong or what else can I do? coryshawn...My boyfriend isn't the lucky one I am....

Portable printer for documents...? Due to learning disabilities and some other factors, I have an IEP that allows me to use a laptop to type my notes instead of writing them by hand. School just started a week ago and things are going fairly well, except for assignments that I type out that are due during the same class period. Whenever I try looking for a portable printer that I could maybe store in a teacher's room or in the office, all I get are printers that only do 4x6 photos. Is there such a thing as a small printer that will just print black and white documents, and that I could easily store in a classroom? If it could do color that would actually be quite nice for use during the summer, but right now all I need is a cheap, tiny printer. Also, is there such a thing as a printer that's thin enough for me to actually put in my messenger bag and carry from class to class, or is that just wishful thinking on my part? Thanks!

What kind of portable printer should I buy? We run a pony riding business, and take our ponies to all sorts of events. People consistently want pictures of their children on the ponies, and we see this as being a good opportunity to make a little extra money (our farm is expensive to up keep!). We want a portable printer that we can take with us to events, take pictures, and print them out on the spot. We aren't always near a power outlet so we would need something that runs on batteries most of the time. Also, I know it's difficult to find something that prints fast with good quality pictures, but if there is one with a combination of the two that would be amazing.
