What does the blinking red light near the ink cartridges means?

I have a Dell All-in-one 924, it worked fine for quite a while, but recently it just won't power on, i have checked the power brick which looks fine(the LED light is lighting). Then i noticed a blinking red light near the ink cartridges, i have no idea what i means, it seems that's the only power that's going to the printer. The printer is still not powering up. I would really like some help with this. Thank you in advance.
